The customer service is top top class. We enjoyed our stay from the first to the last minute in the hotel. They make everything so easy for you. You have all the facilities there. The food is just amazing. I would definitely recommend The Address Dubai Mall hotel to everybody. Access to the mall is so easy. I'm going back there in 2 months. I would like to thank all the staff. Dette hotel, der strækker sig over 11 etager i den ikoniske skyskraber Burj Khalifa i Dubai, er kreeret af modeikonet Giorgio Armani. All the facility were kept so clean that we couldn’t find any dust. The staffs were so kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Their action was very prompt, especially our assistant manager’s response through WhatsApp. This hotel is connected to the Dubai mall so you can directly go there without feeling hot. All guests can enjoy this hotel’s pool and I ensure you that you can spend gorgeous comfortable time there. I strongly recommend it. I heard there is only few people in the summer season.
