Great location with amazing views of the Dubai Creek. Staff were awesome, very welcoming and attentive. Special call out to Diana, she was outstanding and a real asset to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and it would be my 1st choice when next in Dubai.

The staff is really great, they’re determined to make your stay wonderful. Every single person of the staff is doing a great job, so compliments to everyone! We stayed here last year as well everyone of the staff remembered us and gave us a warm welcome. Winfrida helped met to get a taxi when I had to leave and even helped me with my luggage! Furthermore the room is clean, the room service is amazing. The price vs what you get is great! We got an upgrade again, the room is very spacious.

We stayed in the family room at the top with the corner view. The room is spacious and was cleaned everyday. The receptionist, Judith is so nice. Udin, at the resto is so accomodating. The metro station is located below the hotel so it's very convenient. I will surely book this hotel when I visit Dubai again and will recommend it to my friends and family.
