Great location with amazing views of the Dubai Creek. Staff were awesome, very welcoming and attentive. Special call out to Diana, she was outstanding and a real asset to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and it would be my 1st choice when next in Dubai.

Thank you Mr. Viraf for great managing, and for taking any issue seriously and got it fixed more than perfectly. Thank you Ms. Neha for being sweet manager. Thank you Mr. Joven, Mr. Mistafa, Mr. Hakim in the front desk. Thank you for being super friendly and showing the smile all the time. Thank you all the car valley guys, especially Mr. Irshad, you guys got tough work but you kept it up. Car was never  arriving late. What I liked the most was the size of the room - it's huge. As for the restaurant, I will say this - nothing special, but everything is at a high level. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need help. There is a currency exchange at the normal rate.
