Rooms were extremely comfortable and as depicted in photos, the spa and pools were amazing, Kadikoy is about 15 minutes walk away and Istanbul European side in a 20 minutes metro ride. Breakfast is delicious, too! One highlight is the staff, however. Courteous, efficient, and service-oriented. I have to truly highlight Mehlik and the trainee Gokhan - amazing service! The location is very good ,near the metro and tram station ,closed to all the city attractions. The staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast. The spa was opened until 10 o'clock, which was nice to relax after a long day. Also ,the pool had a nice temperature. The room was cleaned daily. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very good with wide range of sweets, cold and hot food. The breakfast room has beautiful view on city and Marmar sea. I appreciated live piano music during breakfast. The hotel is very close to metro and tramway station (easy to get to Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet). Despite the fact that the hotel is in city center it is quiet during night (stay in mid May).
