Everything was excellent! The train station was very near, the shop was very near, the beach was also very near. I traveled very easily all around the lake from the Balatonszemes station. Single room was great. Small but all you need with airco and own bathroom/toilet. Very clean. The hosts were very nice and although i only speak a bit of German (and no Hungarian) communication was no problem.
