We loved the location and how easy it was to get around town on the train (the Alexanderplatz station is right across the street), the bus (which takes you straight downtown) and lots of places including a shopping mall and grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. There was music and food vendors in the plaza downstairs and a wonderful view of the city from the sky deck. The hotel also has a nice restaurant in the lobby, a gym and a spa.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 6 days and I would like to express my admiration for the services and the perfect location. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. They were professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable.
The rooms were very tidy and incredibly clean. Everything in the room, from the furniture to the bathroom, was in excellent condition and the attention to detail ensured a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and in the hotel facilities, which greatly contributed to my comfort during my stay.
The interaction with the reception staff was also outstanding. They were always ready to help and provide guidance, and they efficiently handled any inquiries or requests.
What added to the experience was the hotel’s more than wonderful location. It is situated close to shopping and leisure areas, as well as restaurants and all the main attractions of the city, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in a strategic location. I will definitely return to stay here in the future.

The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. There was not much to like. The place was kept clean however and we had a sofa bed prepared for us, a large TV, and a mini-fridge. The hotel was close to a train station and bus-stop which had good connections to berlin hbf and monuments/landmarks.
