Very nice place, very nice apartment, big rooms, comfortable beds (I slept around 8hours per night, usually I sleep around 5-6). The rooms were very clean with nice furniture, also bathroom and toilette were very clean. Breakfest exceeded expectations. Last but not least, location is very close to Vatican Museums, subway station and communication with Alessandro was excellent. Our 1st visit of Rome, definitely not last and I´m sure, we will comeback to Vatication B&B again.

Set in the chic residential Aventino area of Rome, San Anselmo is a 19th-century villa with garden, where breakfast is served in fine weather. It offers elegant rooms and overlooks Sant’Anselmo Church. We had the garden room. The setup, with the bathroom downstairs, is unusual but pleasantly surprised us. The room was big enough and decorated in a classical way that fits the style of the building. Breakfast was not special but sufficient. Location was perfect, a bit secluded but on walking distance to Trastevere.

Rooms here have a classic design with carpeted floors. Each one is air conditioned and includes tea and coffee-making. You will also have a digital safe and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Soft drinks are available from the bar on site. The rooms were clean and had enough space for 2 people. It is near the Roma train station which was great for us. They booked cars for us to and from the airport. Overall a great experience.
