The location close to Heathrow airport was essential for us and did not disappoint. Our room was very comfortable, clean and updated with plenty of tea and coffee packets for preparing these beverages in room. Sky TV available in our room was great. The location beside the Thames River enhanced our enjoyment of the delicious lunch served on the patio.

Everything. The decoration was modern in an old building. The rooms were spacious and the shower rooms also. The staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing was straight but that added to the charm.
