We stayed for few nights at the smaller house, which is comfortable, warm and compact - all you need for a relaxing getaway. The location is great, as it provides privacy and breathtaking views over neighbouring mountains. With that said, there are plenty of hiking trails around, and we were ending our days in sauna, a great addition to the winter vibe. Host are friendly and always at disposal, so the check-in and check-out were smooth as it gets. Thank you, we will come back :)

Boasting views of the spectacular Alpine surroundings, this self-catering accommodation is located in the charming village of Gozd Martuljek. Really lovely apartment and very helpful host.. Beautiful location, only just left and already looking at flights to go back.

We returned to this beautiful and comfortable country house. It got even better than last year with wifi and a washing machine added to the facilities. Great views, lovely surroundings with lots of opportunities for hiking and cycling (electric mountain bikes available for rent close to the house). And just like last year we spent lots of time in the beautiful shaded garden house (with a stone grill) and got relaxing naps in the hammock.

The lodge is beautiful,clean,you find everything as if you are at home. The internet is excellent 👍 The views and location are amazing. The heating system is great , the owner prepared wood for us so we can keep the house warm. We will come again. Highly recommended.

There are games and brochures and maps. My kids like the ping-pong table. It might be a good location. I don’t know for sure because the construction everywhere made it hard to get to things. The 100 yr old house was charming and we really liked the hostess so that helped balance out negatives. I liked the little decorations all over the house.

Absolutely loved everything about the Rustic House. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The view from the bedroom is incredible, the beds are comfortable and the place is spotlessly clean. The whole house is beautifully decorated and has such a nice relaxing feel. Last but not least, Andy and Tina are very generous and helpful hosts. Couldn’t have wished for more and hope to come back to explore this beautiful part of the world.

Very friendly staff. The location is excellent, in a pleasant place. Close to all major tourist locations, Bled, Kranj, Ljubljana, all within a 30-minute drive. Absolutely all recommendations for accommodation. We will probably come again if we stay in Slovenia.
