Located in Reykhólar, Miðjanes Reykhólahrepp offers a shared lounge. The property features sea and mountain views. The property provides barbecue facilities and parking on-site. It was very remote, but felt homey. Host was very helpful in getting local road condition updates that weren’t reflected on road.is yet.

Boasting sea views, Námshestar offers accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and a shared lounge, around 42 km from The Pearl. We liked just about everything full stop it was in the right spot that we needed, spectacular views great horses, and a wonderful dog.

This countryside property, in the Western Iceland town of Borgarfjördur, is next to the Hvítá Glacial River. It offers free Wi-Fi in the reception, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar. One of the best places we stayed in Iceland! Wonderful, wide views around the valley, renovated facilities, excellent restaurant on site and most helpful staff. Really glad we found this gem in a slightly less visited area of the island.
