This hotel is absolutely exceptional! From the moment you drive in you know you are in for a treat, and the treat it was! The interior, the breathtaking views, all the little touches, we had dinner with a good wine at the restaurant, we chatted with two brilliant sisters-owners and enjoyed the company of their dogs. The location was excellent although a bit difficult to find at first. House was very clean, comfortable and met our needs. Close to restaurants, groceriies, tourist sites, etc. Hosts were very helpful on the phone and neighbor (care taker?) was available when power was lost due to a storm in the area.

Location is brilliant, it's a bit of a walk into Lucca - especially if it is hot, but it's quiet, peaceful and great for parking. There's also a small supermarket nearby and a couple of bars and eateries. Giovanna is a great host, really easy to get hold of and looks after you if you need it - for the deposit, make sure you have cash! I completely forgot about this.

Great location. By car, the property is very close to downtown Lucca and the motorway. The house and the garden have a great, relaxed vibe to them. Comfort and cleanness are spot on. Our family (dog included) spent a wonderful week there. Thank you, Luciano!
