There is a Stop and Shop nearby, which is great because we had a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator . Also had a dishwasher and everything we needed for cooking except a mixing bowl which I brought with me. Restaurants are nearby. The place was great and we loved it!

I am originally from the area so I know it well.

This location is excellent for my purposes, avoids the high prices of downtown Boston and yet close enough to do everything I want to when in the Boston area. It is definitely in the suburbs so if you want a Boston experience - this is not a city hotel. You need a car.
