Free parking the outdoors is very spacious. The staff left me the room keys which is kind of them because i arrived at midnight. This boutique inn was very pretty and we were made to feel very welcome even though our arrival time was late. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had lovely tea selections with hot pitcher. Our room had a patio with table and chairs that overlooked the water.
We had dinner here and also breakfast. They were both delicious and plentiful. The host even did a load of wash for us. These are wonderful people.

We drove to the city center and took pictures of the Trogan horse used in the movie of Troy. There are restaurants and pastry shops all along the waterfront. It's a great place for dinner and an evening stroll. We only walked along water front so I'm not able to comment on the rest of the city.

Really nice city, with good restaurants, a lot of shops and good people, it was also near to two turkish islands Bozcaada and Gökçeada, we got to visit Bozcaada and it was really lovely however the only possibility to get to the port is by car or bus. We loved the Naval museum, but you need around an hour-hour and a half to really visit everything.

Seaside city with wonderful views, nearby convenient public beaches, historical sites.
Wandering around in Ancient city of Troy and watching sunset over Assos hilltop on Athena Temple with Seaside view were great and not to miss.
The dardanelles strait is beautiful on both sides and recommend to cross it with ferry boat for a soothing experience.
Do not forget to try local seafood, calamari and sweets of peynir helvasi.
Just watch out that on Monday some museums are closed.

Canakkale is MUCH cooler than what we expected.
Canakkale is MUCH cooler than what we expected. I recommend at least 3 nights there. We visited Gallipoli and Troy in one day but wished we had more time to spend just hanging out in Canakkale the town. Very young, cool population due to the university. Great places to go out at night also.
Canakkale is a lively and friendly town and the apartment is located in a central position, down a small side street buzzing with restaurants, cafes and shops and is about 100m from the quay and ferry port. The owner is charming, hugely helpful and speaks English very well. We stayed there in early January and the comfortable apartment was lovely and warm. It’s in fact the second time that we have stayed there and if we return to Canakkale we’d certainly return to stay there again.
The great interior architecture and the importance given to decoration made us have a pleasant stay. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel owner and staff made us feel at home. We were amazed by the facilities in the room and the variety and quality of the materials used. At this price, this accommodation is definitely a top-notch service. This is the place where I will stay again when I go to Çanakkale again.
Set Ozer Hotel is situated right in the heart of the town so everything is close by and yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful. But what set this hotel apart is the excellent customer service. They are really focused on making sure that you have a good stay and any problems are sorted out quickly and effectively. The breakfast was really good and in a lovely courtyard.
We enjoyed out time at the Grand ANZAC Hotel. The location is perfect. The staff very helpful and obliging, especially Okan. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was adequate, there is something suitable for everyone. Being in the centre there is an element of street noise, which is only to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is extremly clean, cozy and nice decorated which make you feel in a home not a hotel and that's nice. The host was very talkative, welcoming and prepared a delicious Turkish breakfast and first of all he tried to make us feel comfortable due to the fact that some people from neighborhood were too noisy.I recommend "the abies" hotel.
The breakfast was a collection of local produce. All extremely good and fresh. Overall, this is a small hotel, extremely well restored and well run by friendly owners and staff. They recommended us a fantastic restaurant nearby. We loved this place and we would come again if we visit the region in the future.
Wonderful location, wonderful breakfast, and such a kind and gracious host in Resat Bey. One of the high points of our trip to Turkey, and probably the place we felt most at home and welcomed, in a country that was extremely welcoming and kind. Thank you so much for hosting us.
It's an exceptionally quiet place, surrounded by olive gardens. It's a brand new hotel run by a family. The owner was on premises, I had a nice conversation with him. What else. Lots of space and convenient parking. Fish dish for dinner was heavenly!
Who asked me to drink Bundaberg?
I think he is the first and only Turkish to use vegimite for breakfast. Although it is very difficult to find someone who speaks English in Turkey. I think the only Turkish who knows Australian culture
A good small hotel in the very center of Canakkale, close to all sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Organized a Troy tour for us and helped with taxi at the departure. Good breakfast. Everything clean and comfortable.
Superb location right next to the ferry terminal and the harbour. Very close to the Trojan horse statue and all restaurants and bars, but not noisy at night. Hotel parking available.
The location of this hotel is perfect, really close to the tourist attractions and many restaurants and night life. The room size was big, the hotel is clean and complete amenities.
The room spacious and comfortable, the location was very nice and quite. There is a swimming pool and a beach in front of the hotel.
We like very much the menu in the restaurant.
