the facilitiy is part of a working winery and are rustic but everything expected is present. the location is fantastic - great views and to our surprise a lot of wildlife. the people are really friendly and open, the serve a great breakfast and have very nice wine on sale as well.

Everything!!! The villa is breathtaking beauty! The Leber family is super nice. They arranged everything for us, the outdoor jazzcui, the swimming pool, sauna, everything is sparkling clean! We were in the outdoor jazzcui to watch sunset. It's so romantic! After finished the dinner in Hisa Denk, we came back and enjoyed the indoor facilities! The wine from them is amazing. We regret not to drink much.
In the morning, they made us a breakfast, but not only a breakfast it's a fine dining breakfast 😍 They really made us feel like staying at home and very warm as we will talk together and exchange our cultural. I love this villa and family. Plan to return next year even I am from Asia! Please see my photos as words can't explain!

Great location very close to Hiša Denk, where we had dinner, and also several wineries and other restaurants. Nice, quiet setting on a country lane. Check-in was easy with a key code that unlocked a box with the keys. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The entire place is spotlessly clean and has a thoughtful emergency supply box in the entry hall for guests with Band-aids, etc.

This small hotel is part of the Old Town of Maribor. It sits in a row of buildings along a boulevard parallel to the river Drava - a quarter for pedestrians, with bars and restaurants. Hotel and the surrounding structures show history but they are modernized in an unobtrusive way. It is easy to overlook the hotel, I had to look twice. Inside, I was received friendly and professionally. The interior is up to date and on the good side of functional, the breakfast room is a jewel - all in all: Good value for money, and in the center of Maribor's life.
