The staff are young, friendly, and extremely helpful. Slovenian is not the easiest language for a tourist to learn, but the staff's level of English and German was so good it made communication hassle-free.
Another very positive aspect of this place is that they have a wonderful beer-garden/outdoor dining area downstairs, which is very relaxing and great during hot summer days.
