The room was much better then we expected from the pictures. It is quite small but well arranged so felt more spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and open 24/7. There was a taxi spot right outside of the door so that was ideal.

I would like to mention in particular the staff kindness; we met Faustine whilst checking in and my daughter Sisi fell instantly inlove with her. She was such a beautiful person, smiley and extremely welcoming. Is a shame we couldn’t stay longer but if we are back soon to Singapore Parkroyal will be a definite stay.
