An extraordinary and beautiful city. Very well organised with fewer tourists than Amsterdam. Lots of restaurants and shops. Slightly cheaper than Amsterdam. Many high-quality coffee shops and brunch options.

The Hague is much less touristy than Amsterdam and far less industrial than Rotterdam. I fell in love with the city on my first visit and have been back twice
It's easy to get around the city, everyone speaks English and the architecture is impresive.
If I'd visited in my 20's I would have definitely considered living there permanently

what I liked most was that it was easy to walk around or take public transport, but food was very expensive. My favourite places was going to the den hagg city centre and open market. I eat their fish called Lekker bek and their soup called Erwtensoep with Broodje Kroket. I loved their chips with mayo, very nice. I will avoid to eat close to the train stations is more expensive.

Areas outside centre also very worthwhile visiting.
Areas outside centre also very worthwhile visiting. Interesting architecture (including Art Nouveau), nice shopping streets (like Frederik Hendrik Laan), interesting musea (Maurits Huis, Kunstmuseum, Gevangenis museum, Mesdag Panorama a.o.), Scheveningen haven and route to Scheveningen Pier. Numerous restaurants a ll over the city and pleasant shopping centre (Passage interesting!) close by and within the city center.
Public transport (tram, bus) is very good and frequent till late evening. Den Haag is a green city with many parks and quiet places for a rest .

I came via Hollandse spoor directly from the airport with my suitcase and the bus station was right there in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth. I was offered a nice hot tea coming in from the cold and later on even a snack of choice. (My favorite... bbq chips :D ). The room was a corner room on the 6th floor with nice view over the city on two sides of the room. The room layout was very practical and nice. The kitchenette equipment for my particular stay. The Hotel is situated very strategically as it is easy to take the bus or even walk to the train station if you choose to do so. And it seems save. If you like junk food a McDonald is right on the corner. But also a convenient store not so for off. And you can always order in food.
Really well placed hotel in the centre of The Hague, close to some great restaurants and a number of attractions. The room was large and we even had a little private garden which would be lovely in good weather (it was February and raining!). Nice decor and comfortable bed - the bathroom was also really big and very nicely done. Staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but you in addition to a basic buffet you could also order dishes like waffles etc done to order. It was a nice hotel!
Everything about my stay was wonderful. The personal connection with the owners meant it was almost like staying with friends: very different from a typical, bland, chain hotel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was comfortable with high ceilings and windows, overlooking a quiet square. It was a 5-minute cycle to the conference I was attending and ten minutes to a beach and quiet forested areas. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in The Hague.
Modern and clean, human-size business hotel, right in the center - most sites could be discovered on foot. Room was large and comfortable, including a sofa. Regular equipment for this category of hotels (hair dryer, iron board, safe, minibar, etc). Bathroom was large, luminous, spotlessly clean, modern. Common spaces (bar, lobby) were nice and modern. Safe parking right under the hotel (charged 30€ / night - not cheap, but that's the price in The Hague.
The hotel is located in perhaps the best place there is in The Hague center and the view and neighboring attractions are perfect. You are going to live near The Dutch parliament, 2 Michelin restaraunts, several great shopping alleys and amazing architecture.
The hotel itself also looks absolutely beautiful both from the inside and outside, so does the view from the room. The design of the interior of both room and hotel are also great.
Hotel is in a great location, rooms are very comfortable and a good size. Staff is very friendly.
Nice selection of food for breakfast and a good restaurant for lunch or dinner. Also, checkout their bar in the vault of the former Central Bank of the Netherlands, which used to be in the building of the hotel.
They also have a small private parking on site but make sure to make a reservation prior to arrival.
My room was really small with only a twin bed, but it was very nice, clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom was especially nice. The staff was very helpful at suggesting places to visit, getting me a tram card, helping with directions, etc. Hotel has very nice common areas, including a garden area, and is in a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again if I return to The Hague.
We spent a weekend in The Hague. We had a great time there. The location is just perfect. Around the hotel are many great restaurants and the way to the city center is within walking distance. Especially great was the staff, they had a lot of tips for us on how to make our stay. Directly in front of the hotel is a bus stop with which you can go directly to the beach. We would definitely come back
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Nice experience with the wheel-of-fortune (for instance to win free breakfast or some Dutch gifts).
- Very good price-quality relationship.
- Free room upgrade (corner apartment).
- Good breakfast package.
- Relatively closely located to the city center (and the railway station of The Hague HS).
- Free parking of the car or bike at the hotel garage.
The hotel's location in the center of The Hague is ideal for exploring the city. The hosts stand out for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was quiet and matched the pictures online. A special mention goes to the charming area in the lobby – the complimentary coffee and tea here added a delightful touch to our experience'
Right in the centre of The Hague. Near to shops, restaurants, cafes and historical sites. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely time at the end of a busy day of sightseeing in the hotel lounge, reading my book and listening to some great music (not loud but created a nice atmosphere). Cakes were nice. Room was comfortable and despite being in centre of town, quiet.
If you have ever stayed at Moxy you know what to expect. This is a modern space attracting young travelers with all the facilities a hotel can provide. Nice location not far from the central station but quite close to the city center, sufficient breakfast, helpful staff.
Great deal! Amazing location right between city center and beachside. Easy to get there with a tram, very fast.
Nice renovated room with a balcony.
Spa is great!
We enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot
Lovely little, family run hotel at a 5 minute walk (if that) from Den Haag Central Station. Sadly the restaurant was closed on the day I was there, but we'll be back and make sure it will open then!
If you want to enjoy what the Hague offers, the location is absolutely fantastic! We more or less walked or drove around the hotel. Good restaurants, museums, parks are all surrounding it.
Cosy hotel outside of the city center with friendly staff and good breakfast. For a short stay the hotel room is big enough.
The staff were really friendly. Bike rental possible.
the Location is great 8 minutes from the Hague city center.
the Hotel is very calm and clean.
the staff is very helpful, specially "Fathi" and the sales Manager "Steeve"
Great location right in the heart of The Hague. Loved the boutique feel of the hotel instead of corporate blandness. Really comfy beds. Will definitely stay again.
It's a massive hotel, nice lobby, nice view from the rooms, acceptable size room, comfortable bed, excelent location between the embassies and Scheveningen beach.
