Everything was great, the host is very friendly and helpful. We stayed just for one night on the way home from holiday. There is also a outside pool.

The villa was beautiful with amazing hosts! It was only 40 minutes (by car or motorcycle) from Rome and is right out into the countryside. Sabrina and Steph made sure we were safe each time we went out on our travels, even going out their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. They also offered some great advice of where to go and what to see! The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of goodies which set us up perfectly for the day ahead, the bed was super comfy too! The use of the pool and garden was a added bonus as we was left to use these facilities as they was our own. We can not forget Nura the amazing cat who kept us company on the patio of a night time. By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family and didn't want to leave :') we will for sure be coming back to this villa in the near future to explore more of Italy

I had a great stay at the apartment, which is equipped with everything one needs, nicely furnished, a comfy bed. Olga the host, was very nice and welcoming, the next-door neighbor provided valuable tips for my visit of Tivoli. All in all a great experience. I liked the residential neighborhood, but one does need a car to get there.

The hotel is great if you're planning to visit Il Tempio della Fortuna in Palestrina or this part of Lazio/Rome in general. Run by a local family for years. Very friendly and great food. Great location in the centre of town and perfect for bars and restaurants...and there are plenty of those around. Overall, a good stay, despite its condition.
