Everything is perfect. Spacious room. Comfortable living area and sofa. We stayed in a two bed room apartment and with heated floor, it felt so great standing on top of it with hiking boots off. :)
I would say this is a prime spot to watch Northern light. Not only there is not much light pollution around. there is nothing in front or behind the flat, which is particularly true for the two bed rooms with mountain view. The BEST part is the flat is facing north south, that means you can watch the Northern light from the room or your bed however long you want it. I know northern light is cool and all that but how many of you can stand in the below -10c for hours? You don't have to do that from lava resort :) See my attached picture.

This was our second time staying at Nátthagi and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely one of our favorite places to stay in Iceland. Set in a gorgeous central location, this cozy cottage is a great base for exploring all that the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula has to offer. The Wifi is strong, the kitchen well appointed and the beds are comfy. Communication with the hosts was perfect and check in and check out very easy. Not that I wanted to check out. We were ready to move in! Looking forward to our next stay!

No complaints at all. We stayed 3 days and had the whole farmhouse to ourselves, including full kitchen and bathroom. The views are unmatched; we were able to see the Northern Lights from the front door. At the end of our stay, Gudrun gave us a full tour of the farm where we got to meet all the cows and sheep! Cannot recommend enough, we'll be back.
