Property was in a nice and convenient area. The views are amazing! The room was nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating since we arrived around 10 in the morning and our check in time was at 3. Overall I would definitely book again!

The staff members were incredibly kind, always providing accurate information and offering support when needed. This location is amazing. I really enjoyed staring at the view, and I really loved the onsite coffee shop. Also the bakery cart right at the hotel was lovely. Was easy to book a shuttle to Guatamala city straight from the office. Boat lauch to head to other locations around the lake are walking distance from the hotel.
