The hotel could do with a general make over in the communal areas the rooms were nice and big , cleaning could be improved especially in the exceptional times with live in. Great location for The Lakeside shopping Centre and Ikea, a lot of road noise being so close to M25 .

Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive.
Firstly, we got an upgrade to executive. The room itself was spacious. There were complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, coffee machine to use and bottled mineral water. There was a flat screen TV, comfy bed, valuables safe, iron, ironing board, mini shower gels etc with clean towels. The only thing I can say, is our room service phone wasn't working. Great value for money and the staff are very polite too! We had breakfast with our room and that was nice too!

We had twin Beds with Only one pillow but the guy on reception was happy to bring 2 extras. We were offerred 2 key cards and parking was free. Lovely view of the lake from the bedroom, It's hard to imagine an M25 motorway service with such a view. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a former Travelodge, now being run by someone else, and the terrific value for money more than outweighs one or two little quirks that suggest the management is at present a bit inexperienced.
