Good central location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good breakfast with some hot items.
This small, contemporary-style hotel is housed in a charming 19th-century building in the historic centre of Zarautz. It lies just off the beach of this pretty Basque resort.

Location was excellent as we were walking the Camino ,trail goes past the building. Bed was comfortable. Not far from the centre of town. Nice views.

I loved sitting and enjoying the view on the seafront, and also walking on the lovely long promenade that stretches all the way to the next town along the coast!
Zarautz is a lovely, quiet place and we had a really good time there. We are vegetarians and finding veg food is a big challenge in this part of Spain where every bar and restaurant has pintxos - all with meat or fish in them except the potato omelette!! By this time we had overdosed on the potato omelette and it was such a relief to come across Taberna Euskalduna where the enthusiastic staff gave us a delicious veg dinner at 7pm (most restaurants only open their kitchens at 8pm which is later than the dinner time we are used to!)

Zarautz is gorgeous with the promenade parallel to the beach. The beach is filled with activities and was our favourite place to spend the daytime. We enjoyed a beautiful hike to the picture spot 'Mollarriko begiralekua' and another to Getaria. Zarautz is a lovely town with plenty of places to eat and go for drinks in the evenings. Our favourites were a grill bar called Aka'ula (lots of GF options) and Hotel Alameda. Beautiful San Sebastian is just half an hour bus journey away, however, I would plan the buses in advance as arriving at the bus stop can mean waiting there for over an hour for the right bus to not turn up.

Thé hotel was excellent value for money.
Thé hotel was excellent value for money. Everything was clean and of a good quality. Staff were helpful and welcoming. It is close enough to walk to the old time where there are some excellent bars and restaurants.
Two points to improve the hotel . The windows do not have any safety features and could be dangerous especially for small children. We did point this out to the reception but the response was indifferent. The arrangements for breakfast need to be clarified so that you understand if you are having a continental or full breakfast.

Very pleasant seaside resort, easy to navigate and most places are within walking distance from the centre, very good public transport links too should you want to go further into the surrounding area.beach spotless, well run and safe. Long stretch of sand, plenty of room for both lounging or watersports. Good selection of restaurants, cafes, surf shops, beach supply kiosks and bars. All quite tasteful. Away from the beach there are so many interesting and historical buildings, winding narrow streets, parks, well worth a stroll as each corner turned throws up something unexpected. A good place to unwind.

Very good place to relax with fun :) Food in town is not extraordinary but very descent (a bit expensive for what it is :) ) a good search and try is needed to find memorable food. Other way lots of fun with the beach and ocean. Very good place to start learning surf cause the wave are not too big and it is on sand.
Overall I recommande the place especially with kids .
Be aware that the golf course is for licenced player only.
We stayed in this hotel two nights and that was enough. The new hotel is an addition to an older restaurant. The views are fantastic, the hotel is very new, the design is good, we found the beds very comfortable. We had the suite room, with a bathtub in the main room facing the sea. When we arrived the bathtub was prepared and cava was served. We were very pleased with these details. Aitor welcomed us and he was friendly.
First of all. Great personnel! They are so sweet and welcoming.
The whole hostel looked very new and facilities were great. Loved the curtains that complete blacked the bunkbed inside. The beds were really comfortable and the internet was quite good.
absolutely perfect location!! Close to old town, right in front off the beach, and close to the bus stop to visit for example Getaria or San sebastian.
Oh my, the what a stunning place the hotel is located at: on the top of a mountain where a scenic road runs up to, with a gorgeous view of the Zarautz town and the Atlantic coast from your room window. The room itself was bright, clean and well maintained. And what a kind stuff is taking care of this place!
The location was amazing with 2 bedrooms with sea views right onto the main beach!
Sergio was so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable of Zarautz and it's neighbouring towns and also gave us great tips for our road trip through Basque country.
We would have stayed longer and definitely will return again.
A very welcoming host who went out of his way to help us find a vet for our dogs treatment before returning home. Mikel even called to make the appt for us. Location is great, about 10 min walk to beach. In our opinion Zarautz beach is much nicer than Donastia San Sebastian!
This is a fine place to stay for a couple of nights to explore Zarautz. Our room was simple but clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The host was very friendly. About 10-15 minute walk to centre of town and beach. Good wifi. Beautiful view from room.
Very clean, new and stylish. A little expensive but then the town and region is expensive and so relatively the value was quite good compared to other hotels in town especially as facilities were good. Very clinical but efficient
Loved the family run Boutique who went out of their way to make me comfortable after a long day on the Camino. Loved the skylight to enjoy “under the Clouds” as the name means in Basque for the hotel! Bathroom so amazing!
Very clean room. Good shower and firm bed. Loved that it had air conditioning that actually cooled the room. Having a vending machine in the hotel for refreshments was nice.
