    It is one of more modern style spas (100 years old only) in the Czechia and easy to access by train from Prague. Great for cycling, because it is mostly flat land and routes available along the rivers. There also historical landmarks from the time before the spa. Nice park and 8 freely available mineral springs (April-October). You can take a boat ride as a full trip or only one-way (to Nymburk and get back by train or to the merge of rivers Elbe and Cidlina). It is good for small children too, there are some fine playgrounds, but only two are near the historical part, rest is in the north of the town (across the railway). Other interesting spots for a trip (by a car) are available from here (for example Kutná Hora).

    I found very little of interest (the castle museum was closed). It's just an ordinary town with a nice square. I ate in the Trattoria where the waitress spoke good English and where they serve a decent pizza and good grappa.

    The room was very clean and nicely decorated with the view directly on the fontaine in the adjacent park. We were welcomed by very friendly host and got everything explained. We stayed for two nights and the room was pretty sufficient. The location is just great - close to the railway station, a big park, the city centre, restaurants, shops.. The parking at the location is moreless for local residents however 100 meters away you can leave the car on the street without any charges. Absolute catch for that price!

    A perfect short stay in a nice place, very attentive staff, great location, clean. I am usually a very fussy sleeper and was not disturbed at all - I love the fact that there was an extra door blocking any noise from the corridor. We could park conveniently within the castle walls for a small fee. We used the staff recommendations for a dinner out to our great satisfaction. It is quite uncommon to find such professional staff and service in the Czech Republic, thank you, we would love to return in the future.

    Very good value for money. The room was big, quiet and clean. Bed comfy. Ok, the sofa was not clean, so I didn't touch it much, but that is also understandable. I didn't get breakfast, but I saw it and it looked ok. Receptionist and other staff were nice. Great communal spaces:: big kitchen, outside garden with chairs and tables, terrace. Also a renting bike services. The location is super, in front of the park and very quiet and safe.

    The room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable. Although I wish I had had a room facing the park, which is one of the loveliest I have ever seen, mine had a terrace with lounge chairs. (Unfortunately, it rained throughout most of my stay.) Cucina has to be one of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic, although it is expensive. The chefs are skilled and accommodating. The waiters are attentive and kind.

    Extremely stylish and cool apartment. Beautiful decoration, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I have been many times to Podebrady and this is by far the nicest place to stay and the only one with real Character! Can't recommend it highly enough. And last but not least the coffee bar is a true gem with top notch espresso and really friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys:)

    The hotel is nicely located along the Colonnade near the train station but also offers garage parking underneath. Wellness facilities are located inside the hotel itself on the first and fourth floors. The pool, saunas and carbonated baths were excellent. The masseurs and bath attendants were friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The breakfast bufet was also very good.

    I love this location since my first stay in Podebrady last year. The staff here is absolutely wonderful (5-Star staff on a rank of 5 of 5) ✨ The breakfast is best in town, perfect for an athlete like myself. There is no other place quite like this one.     Wonderfully located in the middle of a park, but just 10 minutes walk from the city center. We woke up to the sounds of birds singing. Not a hint of traffic sounds. The small outdoor bar/bistro had chilled glasses for your beer and tasty, creative game cuisine.
