We visited for the Limassol marathon running weekend.
We visited for the Limassol marathon running weekend. We have attended this event many times and always stayed in a hotel. This time we stayed in a house which was a much nicer experience. We also got to see a different area of the city which was really nice. We had a very nice lunch at Juego where they have a lovely courtyard restaurant and bar with lots of umbrellas hanging to keep you cool

Not a bad city, but definitely not one of my favorites.
Not a bad city, but definitely not one of my favorites. One must not have high expectations and I think 1-2 days are enough for a visit. What I really liked was the local zoo, albeit small, and the archaeological sites. This is a city of the "rich", there are nice places, but there is still room for improvement.

Hotel on the beach equal to 5 stars, clean with perfect service, big clean comfortable room with modern equipment. The staff is perfect. Nice facilities like spa, polls super French restaurant. Breakfast is excellent with a huge choice of everything. Just perfect. In case you have no car the bus stop is exactly out of the hotel. Parking is available.
This is a trafidional, cypriot architecure at its best. If you can appreciate it, choose it instead of any generic hotel you can find all over Cyprus. All the work that the owners did with this building needs a special recognition. You can see how much thought, money and time they put into it. When someone decides not to take shortcuts, truely put value into the building, that’s something that needs to be championed.
Great location, modern room, facilities, friendly staff and AMAZING breakfast selection. Very impressed with the breakfast selection, comparable to selection in 5-star luxury hotels. The room was great, I liked all the modern touches, USB-C charger, bathroom lights that would turn on when you walk in, etc. They also have an app for your phone that you can use the open the door. Lots of modern things that I loved :)
Hotel made it a point to notify staff it was my birthday so received a nice little cake and bottle of wine as a birthday treat as well as a glass of bubble with breakfast too on my actual birthday date. Breakfast was amazing, amenities up to standard. Hotel is right on the beach and neighbors to most of the nice hotels in Limmasol. Would definitely recommend.
The location of the Metropole hotel in Limassol, Cyprus is perfect. Everything is close (the bus station, the sea, and the old town) so it's a great hotel if you're stay in Limassol is short and you want to experience as much as possible. The hotel is located on the beach, convenient access
There is a small children's club and children's activities in the evening
The breakfast is excellent and varied
Professional and nice staff
The restaurant by the pool was excellent for children and the dishes were delicious
Beautiful sea view from the balcony
Everything is just pure luxury, location fantastic, staff top notch, view is out of this world, state of the art facilities. gym is better than expected, restaurants super, pool number one in Cyprus. I am jealous for every resident who lives there. a complete luxury experience.
We've got nice 1-bedroom apartment (living room with the kitchen are separated from the bedroom) with cozy balcony. The furniture is traditional for Cyprus - oldie but goodie. The hotel is very cat-friendly, so be prepared to give some head rubs before the check-in :)
Staff are brilliant, very comfortable rooms but small, breakfast buffet is top notch, pool & beach are really great, expensive hotel but it’s probably best in Cyprus. Only downside for me was how small the rooms are compared to other 5* hotels in Cyprus
We stayed for one night during a business trip. From the minute we entered the hotel everything was perfect. The amazing team, the generosity, the facilities, the design...and the motive of the horses. We loved it all.
My husband and 3 year old son had food poisoning from the hotel restaurant Nautica - salmonela precisely my son lost 5 kg in a week and they did not even apologise! I should sue them
Worse hotel in cyprus
the location, style of the hotel, spacious room with comfortable bed and modern furniture, the spa was really amazing, big thanks to the spa specialist Alexandra, LPM restaurant was nice
