There is no denying that the setting and view are exceptional. Having a relaxing drink and dinner in the garden after a 6 hour walk is just what most people would crave. However, after 2 weeks in beautiful Albania I just felt the care and warmth from the staff was largely absent. A couple of the evening restaurant staff were pleasant, but at breakfast there was zero engagement from anyone. In fact some staff made themselves espresso coffees and left the guests to drink crappy weak filtered coffee (I went into town and bought a good coffee and so did the couple had breakfast with). My room was 65 euro which is a bit on the high side for Albania. No water, no fridge, no coffee and tea facilities, not even a glass to drink water from. I really loved the setting and the cute town.

This is a lovely place to stay - the breakfast is amazing, and the hosts are very hospitable and accommodating. They offer a dinner every night for a very affordable price, and it hit the spot after a long day of hiking!
