Value for money, location, cleanliness, terrasse, breakfast, vibe of the place is amazing! I read some feedbacks that the rooms are small. I think we had the smallest but it is smth that you see in description… and it was expected. Otherwise, when you are next to lake and mountains-you do not spend your time in the room. I also was very happy to have breakfast in the fridge and having a moment on the lovely terrace with the cup of hot chocolate! Place is well maintained and crystal clean 👌

A recently renovated apartment situated in Epagny Metz-Tessy, l'écureuil, chez le charpentier d'antan, au calme, spacieux T3 duplex, ambiance chalet, vue dégagée et parking privé features a garden. Awesome quiet location just the right distance from Annecy Centre. The accommodation was exceptional. Very modern and facilities were superb. The view from the top floor bedroom overlooking Annecy and the mountains was breathtaking. If we get the opportunity to go to Annecy in the future I wouldn't hesitate in booking here again.

Pulizia perfetta, molto accogliente, la sensazione di essere in una baita in montagna ma con tutte le innovazioni per stare al meglio, capsule di caffè e tè a disposizione, biscotti e cioccolato all’accoglienza. Infine va riconosciuto l’aiuto dei proprietari che ci hanno aiutati con un nostro errore della riservazione, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Ci torneremo.

The access and location was superb. They (management) were very nice to tourists and very accomodating. The property manager Caroline was on top of everything and made the stay for me and family really easy even helping us transitioning to our next booking in the city. The breakfast is so plenty and adequate. My advise is to communicate with them very well and in advance and easier if through they're local french telephone number.
