Service was excellent, room and facilities as what we expected. We arrived a bit late and the staff helped to lead us to the hotel location. Breakfast is provided with limited menu, but it's a home cooked meal so no complaint! A bit cold during the night and early morning, bring a light sweater.

We spent 1 days at Batur Cliff Panorama and for us it was the best place in whole Bali! The crew and especiall kadek The rooms are very beautiful and the view is amazing! It is such a wonderful quiet place to calm down. The pancakes in the morning are the best and the Menu is very good! The hike with Wi on the Mount Batur was unforgettable:)

The personel were super friendly and ready to help you with anything you need. I even got a scooterride to the indomarket near by with the owner. And they helped us with our luggage on the stairs towards the cabin. There are only two cabins next to one another, so not many other people near you which is good if you like peace and quiet. They also helped set up a trekking to Mount Batur.

Really clean and spacious cabin, with a nice little deck area to sit on. The hot spring pool was incredible, especially after hiking Mount Batur! We also booked the tour through them and it was amazing. I would highly suggest taking the long hike (the other side was the best part). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to help you! And last but not least, the spring water was a big plus! :)MelissaYoung couple
