Offering barbecue facilities and inner courtyard view, Greenfield Lodge is situated in Brighton & Hove, 4 km from Brighton railway station and 4.4 km from Victoria Gardens. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 2 km from Preston Park.

This is a hidden gem in Brighton. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The room was too hot… the fan didn’t work. There wasn’t even a kettle to make a cup of tea. Had to have the windows open all night and ended up listening to lots of drunk people which is expected but wouldn’t of heard that if window was shut and fan was working.

The breakfast was plentiful and a good varied choice, the hotel room was very clean and the bed was very very comfortable Only small fault was there was a small leak underneath the basin in the bathroom, and every time the toilet was flushed or the shower was being used from another room the pipes and waste was very noisy which went on for a long time but keeping the bathroom door shut helped Apart from these small problems we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again Highly recommended Thank you

Good value for money. The staff, foyer and lounge, dining areas excellent. Spacious and well lit, with comfortable sofas and chairs and sea views. Nice bedroom. Spacious and light. Large windows. Good space in wardrobe. and plenty of drawers and two chairs. Comfy bed and bedside cabinet with phone. Lighting in the room and over bed very good with choice of light swtiches. Spare blanket and spare pillows. Fan, good large mirrors. Electrics all worked, the plumbing was excellent, piping hot water always and good water pressure.

Great hotel, really friendly staff, decent price, location is good if you want to be away from the busyness of Brighton, tucked right behind the station. You can hear doors on the same floor shut when they slam, doesn’t keep you awake at night but can be annoying if you’re trying to relax and watch TV, that said- wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

The views and location were ideal as there is loads to do at the marina. Anja was very accommodating, left a little welcome basket with some snacks and milk. The cabin was very homely and very well equipped. Lovely having your own space than staying in a hotel room. Also, provided very clear instructions on getting keys, about the hot water/heating. Really lovely host.
