One of the best stays I had in Egypte on this beautiful Elephant Island in the Mango Guest House. The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was very quiet, no sounds of cars only nature. The rooms where very clean and comfortable in a beautiful building with garden!

Nuba Heart er gististaður í Aswan, 24 km frá Kitchener-eyju og 25 km frá Aswan High-stíflunni. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. The Nuba Heart is a spanking brand-new Nubian accommodation on the west bank of Aswan, so very clean, it has the most comfortable brand new beds and sheets, the highest rooftop in the village that has an extremely friendly vibe where you eat breakfast and dinner. The owner is very proud and wants to do his best for everyone and his wife cooked the best Nile fish dinner I’ve have eaten in Egypt, highly recommended. Mohamed the owner’s son is a huge Asset to the family business, as he’s incredibly friendly and such a special person, his English is very good too. The lovely children could not have bigger smiles and so well behaved. You can walk to the Tombs being just up the road (which has fabulous views), then walk to the old Monastery and also to the mausoleum. I recommend that you come back to Nuba Heart by Camel and look for Harris at the mausoleum, he’s a lovely peaceful guy, who even bought me tea, he has 2 Camels, or more 🐪 are available if you’re a bigger group. There’s a public boat that crosses the Nile 24/7 costing 10 Egyptian pounds to reach the Nubian village on the West Bank and it’s either a short walk or a few minutes ride by tut-tut to Nuba Heart

The communication and constant care from owner who couldn’t do enough for you, from having a car waiting at airport to helping with ferry crossing, to making you feel at home & checking up on you constantly. Even recommended a great breakfast spot with a view . Would sincerely recommend & will stay there again on next trip

Great location - 1 min from the ferry dock. The warmth of the hosts, everyone was always welcoming. My wife was unwell for a day, they always asked about her and cared for her. Nice breakfast (additional 150 EGP). Beautiful views. The room was cleaned everyday and bed linen was changed (which was wonderful). Great shower pressure.

Staff was amazing - room was very clean and the shower was hot. They provide free transport across on their private boat even at midnight. Gasser was very friendly. Breakfast was good and they provide a lot of food.

Lawanda Nubian House er staðsett í aðeins 18 km fjarlægð frá Aga Khan-grafhýsinu og býður upp á gistirými í Aswan með aðgangi að bar, sameiginlegri setustofu og öryggisgæslu allan daginn. I traveled through all of Egypt, this hotel was overall the best (and one of the cheapest). It offers no luxury, but excellent value for money.

"I really loved the design of this hotel and its tranquil location, yet close proximity to the market and the sea. In terms of cleanliness, it is exceptionally clean and maintains a very high level of tidiness and elegance. The food was excellent, and they serve a delicious rice pudding. The staff and reception were very friendly and attentive, offering a refreshing welcome drink of hibiscus tea. The place is very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone visiting Aswan to stay here. I will come back for longer days next time. The experience was truly wonderful

Jamaica Guest House er staðsett í Aswan, 1,2 km frá Nubian-safninu og 400 metra frá Kitchener-eyju, og býður upp á verönd og útsýni yfir ána. Everything was wonderful, I think I never had an experience this great. We were warmly welcomed, everything was very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was always amazing and very flexible according to your own shedule. The host always helped us to fix a boat, or car to get to the sites we wanted to visit. She is an amazing woman, with an amazing place to stay at. We will definitely be coming back, and definitely be staying here again because other accomodations are not an optian. Truly this is one of the best experiences I had
