The apartment has an aesthetic that surprised me, very good taste. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was notable.

Everything. The suite was big and everything was functioning very well. It's professionally managed and it shows. The area is great. Unfortunately it's always fully booked :-( so could never find a free room for a longer period of time. Value for money was good and it's possible to pay by a credit card.

Location was excellent. Safe upmarket area. Beds were comfortable, Double glazing cut out nearly all road noise and meant air conditioner spent more time off than on. Easy to get anywhere. Desk had a couple of people that spoke rudimentary English since we had to use a translator on google to communicate elsewhere. Lots of places to eat close by. We actually walked to local shopping centres (biggest mall in BA)

When we arrived at the apartment, Morena was waiting for us to give us instructions and wish us a warm welcome and a good stay. There were complimentary bottles of water and coffee in the apartment and we loved the gesture of goodwill. I only have good things to say because the experience was phenomenal. A nice apartment with everything in working order and in an ideal location to explore Buenos Aires and get to know Palermo, a charming neighborhood.
