Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. everything was excellent, the staff is very nice cheap price big room and very nice and clean late check in

Vilaraj, a property with a garden, is located in Maribor, 10 km from Maribor Train Station, 26 km from Ptuj Golf Course, as well as 32 km from Ehrenhausen Castle. The location and the view is breathtaking, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was very good and fresh.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Gentry11 Rooms&More provides accommodation with balcony, around 1.2 km from Maribor Train Station. Honestly one of our nicest stays during our Slovenian trip, room is gorgeous in its brick and wood style, very practical, the staff is super reactive and helpful with recommendations, we quite enjoyed the small terrasse at night with one of the many drinks in the mini bar. Location super central. I found the breakfast in the external restaurants to be a big plus, as we would have tried these places anyway. Couldn’t recommend more.

Located within 39 km of Beer Fountain Žalec and 13 km of Slovenske Konjice Golf Course, Gostišče Iršič provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Slovenska Bistrica. It was very clean, modern bathroom, comfy beds, good food and wonderful sorroundings.

Guest house Stara lipa Tašner - free parking & kitchenette is located 1.2 km from the Pohorje Ski Resort, and 4 km from the centre of Maribor. The kindest host I've ever encountered. The room was perfectly clean and tidy, and the surrounding area was very pleasant as well. All in all a fantastic value for the price.

With a garden and barbecue facilities, Rooms Beros is located in Maribor, a 10-minute drive from Maribor Sokolska Train Station. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The owner is very kind and helpful. From the place restaurants, a supermarket, the ski lift (gondola) and the beutiful forest is in reachable distance (5-10 minutes on foot), although the accomodation is in a very quiet area. We absolutely recommend this place.

Situated in an idyllic village Jurij, Guest House Vračko is set just 1 km from the Austrian border. The rooms were very large, modern and absolutely spotless. The owners and staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The attached Restaurant is well worth the visit with great wines from just around the corner and the dishes go well beyond what one can expect on a country side stay. We were a bit worried about the windows facing the road, but they are isolating well and there was hardly any traffic. Wonderful green nature all around.

Surrounded by greenery, Tourist Farm Joannes is quietly set in Vodole. It offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned accommodation and a big vineyard. Gregor is an amazing host and chef. Very clean and comfy place. Not fancy, but has everything you need for a peaceful stay.
