On arrival he explained well about best places to visit on the island, gave guide and island map and suggested which best places to visit. You need to have a car to get around as it will be the most convenient. Free parking next to the building. Super satisfied with the stay.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, Solar de Santo André is a recently renovated guest house located in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. We had a phenomenal stay at Solar de St. André. We stayed for a week and were blown away by the standard of the accommodation and the fantastic hospitality. Eduarda and her team are brilliant and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We were always made to feel welcome and were even invited to a nearby concert, which was excellent. Marina deserves a special mention as she not only prepared fab breakfasts each morning, but gave us local advice, recommendations and just nice chit chat! Our room - the blue room - had everything we needed, super clean, well appointed and quiet. Comfortable bed. The hotel is like a museum, everything is charming and quaint but also modern and well-finished. Breakfast selection was always great, local produce and coffee always on hand . We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place.

Located just 8.5 km from Pico do Carvao, Vila Rosario features accommodation in Ponta Delgada with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. I really enjoyed stay in Vila Rosario. Amazing and helpful staff, delicious homemade breakfast with fresh and warm rolls :) Nice and quiet location with private parking available. Very comfortable and clean room with everything you may need. Also there is a place outside of the room where you can make hot drinks and keep food in the fridge. Highly reccomend :)

Located in Madalena, Casa-do-Mar features accommodation with seating area. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Victor was very kind and accommodating! Breakfast was great, location was great and property was very nice

Set 12 km from Pico do Carvao, DMCharme offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Bed is comfortable. Private bathroom is huge. The host is very attentive and helpful. Daniel helped me with taxi when I was in the middle of the island.

Landescape Furnas in Furnas provides adults-only accommodation with a rooftop pool, a garden and a terrace. The bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and hammam. Good experience overall! Everything was available in the room without any reception advice needed. You can enjoy yourself here; breakfast is sufficient. They thought everything to make us comfortable, and the location is excellent, so close to beautiful Furnas that you would love the nature ❤️they provided all the info in the room, even an explorer map, which helped us to discover Sao Miguel. The team was also super helpful; 100% recommended for a good stay

CITY STONE HOUSE in Ponta Delgada provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. it’s beautiful clean and everything you need is available. The host is very friendly. Always available, and gave us a lot of suggestions about activities to do on the island.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Algarvia, Casa Baleia a Vista is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. Wonderful host and great breakfast.
