Alentejo: cerca bed & breakfast

Elvas the Queen Residence is set in Elvas, within 20 km of Badajoz Fortress and 200 metres of Municipal Library of Elvas. We had a good sized, very centrally located room. The well designed private bathroom was just down the hall which was not an inconvenience.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is in the very center of town, it has beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking to church, old city roofs. Interior looks like you are in the palace, luxury experience! The service is excellent, I loved the staff! Breakfast is fantastic!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the refurbished ZOETIC sustainable rooms is situated in Évora, a 10-minute walk from Evora Cathedral and Roman Temple. Susana is an amazing host, and the place is absolutely beautiful. Even sharing the bathroom wasn't a problem, since they take good care of the hygiene and leave cute little reminders for the guests to pick up their stuff. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of home made products (jams, cake, granola). The location is amazing, we had free parking and were a few minutes of walking distance from all the sights.

The room comes with a double bed and a single bed . It’s perfect for my family of three . The staff are friendly and there is a shared microwave and hot water kettle to use.

A recently renovated property, Cantinho de Milfontes Jacuzzi is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes near Franquia Beach, Praia Carreiro da Fazenda and Patacho Beach. Cosy and neat place, comfy beds

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Casa Az-Zagal is a recently renovated guest house set in Casa Branca, 25 km from Statue of Queen Saint Elizabeth. First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.

Set in Ferreira do Alentejo, in a historic building, 48 km from Flour Museum, SOLAR DOS FRADES is a recently renovated guest house with an outdoor swimming pool and spa and wellness centre. Was very positively impressed with Solar dos Frades. The room was wonderful modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Inês the host was extremely helpful and available at any time, other staff also very nice. The outside pool and jacuzzi space is amazing, just sorry I hadnt more time to stay.

Set in Monsaraz, in a historic building, 200 metres from Monsaraz Castle, Casa Dona Antonia - Monsaraz is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with pool with a view and garden. The location was absolutely amazing! Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Most likely one of the most interesting and memorable places we’ve visited. Views off the terrace are stunning and walking through the old town of Monsaraz was surreal. Felt like time was trying to stand still.
