I highly recommend a stay in there, so do not hesitate if you’re visiting the area, it’s well worth it! The hosts, Leana and Knútur were very helpful and gave us some tips about the best parts to visit, even before we got there. They made us feel like it was really our home, too, and I wish it was, as the architecture of the buildings is beautiful and no wonder that it’s won a prize in that field, precisely! The surroundings of the place make a perfect stay for you to enjoy this part of Iceland. In addition, we came with our almost 1-year-old child and they provided us with all the necessary things for him!! :)) He was compleltely covered. Each detail is thouroughly taken into account and I’d definetely come back if I’m in Iceland again.
