The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the decoration tells you a lot about Iceland and once you step into the house, you get a feeling of home. The location is also great, just a few min from the next village (with the secret lagoon). It is dark there in the night, so perfect to see the northern lights. The room we had, was quiet small, but just large enough to open all the language. It had comfortable hangers and a heater for we cloth and the bed was super comfortable. In short, we were super happy with our stay and that for a very very good price!

The host, Haraldur is a wonderful man, such a pleasure meeting him and talking to him. He showed us around the house, explained everything, including the Icelandic breakfast. The breakfast included in the room rate is also very good, fresh and varied. There is good coffee, tea and how chocolate for guest to make. Also guest can use the kitchen to cook dinner for themselves. It was such a good experience to stay there, I totally recommend it.
