This was a perfect stay for our family. Greg was a fantastic host. It was great value. The room perfect and as advertised. The breakfast was the best we have had in France so far. The host is very nice, the place is extremely nice! We were very happy with our stay. Bedroom is comfortable, with a very nice decoration. And the breakfast provide fresh croissant and some home made cake. Near the stay, the village of Grimaud is very beautiful.

The breakfast was a delight ! We sat in our hostess’s garden under the shade of her market umbrella at the back of the property and could not help but enjoy her impeccable good taste. The selection of food and the attractive environs that she offered was partly from her experience as a designer but more I believe from her natural warmth and genuine desire to spoil us as her guests. I still keep thinking of our stay and hope very much to return one day to have Sonja treat us once again to her perfumed muslin sheets ! I thought they were just for babies ! But it was Grasse after all ! The living is all done at the back of this lovely old freestanding symmetrical French property and facing on to the garden, where it is quiet away from the road and with some views ( enter through the central iron gates and down the path on the LHS ) we found it easy to walk from the property up the hill a manageable distance to the various attractions of historic Grasse.

We had great experience in Villa Martinus. We came late and left early morning to catch a flight, yet in this short time we managed to discover the beauty of the place and of Martin, the host. Everything was very clean, modern and very spacious. Martin went above and beyond to make sure we are OK. He woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for us, which was perfect if you don't mind... The room was big and very comfortable. Excellent service and hosting.

The staff was very helpful and realt friendly, we will definitely recommend this Place to friends and family.
