This is a fantastic find. The house itself, the rooms, the general vibe of the place is just perfect. Breakfast is a thoughtful feast. Chrystal herself is everything you'd want in a host, she anticipates needs and steps in when you need some help and information. Cannot recommend Face au Soleil highly enough. It's a sweet treasure on an island full of charm.

Lovely garden and great location to visit Ile-de-Ré and the different villages. The free-to-use bikes were very helpful to get around. The owners also helped us with advice on places to visit. You can easily park for free in the streets around the house.

Great location for La Flotte and the rest of the island. From the lovely welcome to the farewell it was exceptional. Excellent breakfast. Pool was great.

LA MAISON DE LA DUNE - Jacuzzi 1ère séance offerte - Piscine chauffée avec Abri Amovible - Plage située à 200m, accès direct par le bois se nachází v destinaci La Couarde-sur-Mer a nabízí ubytování u... It was very clean and very well appointed. The pool and garden were lovely and the beach was a short walk. You could also walk to the village easily where there were many restaurants. The owners were fantastic. They helped with recommending places to visit, provided electric bikes for us to rent and even cooked us a lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with fresh bread and croissants, jams, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Thank you Florence and Remy (and Fluffy)! We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The place was cosy and clean, the room was spacious and had everything you need. I totally loved the big window facing the terrace and the dressing table.

Alex gave us the right advice every day, taking into account the weather, the dates of our stay and our family structure. The house had everything we needed and was in perfect condition. The interior design was also excellent. We will return in the summer.

Our host Alex took exceptional care of us making sure we were comfortable and recommending restaurants and places of interest..and prepared a beautiful breakfast daily for us..we were pampered! We would love to return and highly recommend!
