The hotel is located very close to the nature park. We had got to Venus hotel approximately at 01 am, but the staff was so friendly and hospitable despite that fact that it was a deep night. We got a big room with a wonderful view to the pool. Then at the morning we had a tasty breakfast that consisted of variety of food. The bathroom was provided that all we need and there also was a good hairdryer.

The location is perfect, I’m so thankful For the owner and his family because during our visit my son lost his phone and they were so diligent in contacting the shuttle buses and phone was recovered, thank you so much for such a caring act.

My stay was amazing, ended up extending it for an extra night, because I loved it so much. Luckily I chose to stay in Karahayit because the thermal pools are such a blessing and was what I needed to relax. The hotel has a bathtub with thermal water in every room and has a larger common thermal pool. The family running it are very lovely people, who will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible: the breakfast is really delicious, I got lots of Turkish coffee and çai throughout my stay and they organised a massage for me, when I asked for spa recommendations. Also Enes, who is just the sweetest guy, was supportive when I had a problematic situation in town and was always making sure everything was fine with me.

The property belongs to sweet Asian family. They are so pleasant, sweet and polite and allow me to keep my suitcases in the hotel after check out (because I traveled to Pamukkale travertens which are close to the hotel). Thanks for everything.

This a a great place to stay in town, down a quiet side street. The owners are very friendly and have plenty of information to help you plan your visit to the hot springs and environs. The room was very clean and recently remodeled with a large bathroom. The breakfast was great, with plenty of food. I would definitely stay here again. The wifi was a bit weak in our room but there are plenty of places in the common area where it is better.

It is located in the top-most important tourist spot in town- the Travertines and Hierapolis ruins. The rooms are big and good for the price. It has a swimming pool in case you want to submerge your tired body or just enjoy.

Hospitable staff, the professional and enthusiastic chef’s breakfast is delicate and yummy. We travelled in Turkey in this sultry summer and this hotel was the only one we stayed that had screen window to prevent mosquitoes Weird thing is, even 3 or 4 star hotels in Turkey we stayed don’t have screen windows.

Great rooms for good price. In front of the pools so location is awesome. Cute garden as well. I recommend
