There is a shared bathroom with 4 other rooms, however the bathroom was the cleanest we saw during our trip to Iceland. Location is decent, not in the city center, close to the famous Black Beach. The hotel itself is special and charming, the environment is very quaint. The fact that you can enjoy the latter at any place of the hotel - especially during breakfast - is a big plus! Also the staff was really friendly and welcoming. In a nutshell: One of the best (and cheapest | out of eight) accommondations we had during our trip in Iceland.

When we arrived, there was no other guests so we could fully enjoy the space. Kitchen is large, with a table for 4-6 people , had all amenities like pods, sugar, pasta etc. Its almost right next to the main road, but was really quiet during the night. Not sure whether the experience would change if we had to share kitchen area with others, so bear that in mind. Private bathroom was big and really nice.MonikaFamily with young children
