We loved our stay at Monika's place! Great location (right next to a Bonus), beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were always very clean. Monika is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful host; she made our stay that much better. There were jars of granola, cereal, and spreads to have in the morning which would accompany the bread we bought from the Bonus next door and the milk in the fridge. There were also plenty of coffee pods and tea bags to enjoy. The common space was very comfortable to work from and there was strong wifi in the house. Bedrooms were a comfortable size and the comforter's warmth is unmatched. There is parking outside and the house is walking distance from stores, restaurants, and the lighthouse. Gas stations are also within a 2-3 minute drive. Overall, we had a great stay and we can't wait to come back! The Guesthouse has everything you will need for a comfortable stay and good night's sleep.

The place is decorated well to provide everyone with a cozy atmosphere. All facilities are in good and clean condition. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has lounge areas in mutiple levels. Toilets are in every level, three showers in both the women's and men's side + plenty of hot water! Near the hostel is a delicious restaurant Skúrinn, where the staff was super helpful with food restrictions. I would definitely stay again.

The Kitchen is small, but well equipped and it's enough space for cooking. It has a fridge freezer. Free Private Parking is directly in front of the door. Heating worked very well. Place is very quiet, despite most of the other apartments were also in use. Public Swimming Pool and Shopping possibilities, as well as the harbor are in walking distance. It’s definitely a good place to stay for more days, because it's a perfect home base for visiting the Snæfellsnes peninsula.
