Ours was a self catering studio with private bathroom and shared kitchen and lounge area. The set up is great and a really good idea. It was nice to speak with other people staying there whilst we were preparing food & drinks etc and also to have our own private area. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was luxurious with a great shower. Good location with lovely views of the sea and a nice terrace to sit out on.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay just a bit outside Akureyri. The view is fantastic and there are sheep, chickens and roosters running around outside the house. Rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. If you're travelling by car I definitely recommend Lamb Inn. The restaurant was amazing as well with food made from local ingredients.
