I stayed here with my 14 year old daughter. The apartment is the perfect base for a busy weeks holiday in Paris. A lovely kitchen area, fully stocked with everything you need. Modern and fresh looking throughout. The bathroom is a great space, offering a large sink area and power shower. A supermarket, takeaway pizza shop and bus to the near by metro station are literally at the top of the road.

Very strategic location, near bus station and metro. There's a cat in the apartment (we were informed earlier). I really love cats but unfortunately allergic to them. The host was so nice she gave me oils to ease the allergy. Would recommend this place!

The owners (a lovely French couple) really went above and beyond to make their property super comfortable, easy to navigate, full of facilities and a true home away from home!! There is an entire custom built kitchen hiding strategically in a small cupboard! It is incredible innovative! The breakfast is out of this world and you will not finish everything for certain! The location is perfect for Chinatown by foot, many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. As well is very connected by metro to the center of Paris quickly. It is on the more southern side of Paris so very convenient to ORLY airport by Uber (20-40 euro and 20 to 40 minutes depending on Paris traffic). I invited the owners to come stay at my home if they wanted because they were so kind!!

Quans homestay was really perfect for us. We have already decided that this will be our accomodation always when we visit Paris. Perfect location with a metro station on the doorstep, perfectly comfortable accomodation which would be a perfect fit not only fot a short, but also for a longer stay. Beutifuly decorated, equipped to cover more then your needs are, here you will find really literally everything what you wouldnt expect to have in such an accomodation. Clean! Good shower - excellent hot water. Well equipped kitchen with a few basics (salt, sugar). There's an Aldi within a 10 minute walk and a few other small markets. Responsive host. Very close to the tram.

The rate of my staying there was exceptional 👌 because I was so happy and feeling super comfortable there , Mrs Rose was very helpful and made the stay very nice , she was answering all questions or needs in a minute , the house is cozy and super cleaned , the beds are comfortable and cleaned , pillows as well , the bathroom is super super cleaned , the Internet is so fast , the location of the house near the metro and very easy to reach any place , thank you for making my trip to France very beautiful.
