I stayed here with my 14 year old daughter. The apartment is the perfect base for a busy weeks holiday in Paris. A lovely kitchen area, fully stocked with everything you need. Modern and fresh looking throughout. The bathroom is a great space, offering a large sink area and power shower. A supermarket, takeaway pizza shop and bus to the near by metro station are literally at the top of the road.

Very strategic location, near bus station and metro. There's a cat in the apartment (we were informed earlier). I really love cats but unfortunately allergic to them. The host was so nice she gave me oils to ease the allergy. Would recommend this place!

Exceptional place. After a day of walking and various strong impressions it was wonderful to have a rest in such a cosy and quiet house. The owner is a lovely, supporting, calm person. The room and the kitchen table is full of old fashon objects that really make you feel relaxed. The house is located in an Asiatic quartier, near to good Asian food in sample coffees. I felt safe even walking late at night.

Clean! Good shower - excellent hot water. Well equipped kitchen with a few basics (salt, sugar). There's an Aldi within a 10 minute walk and a few other small markets. Responsive host. Very close to the tram.

Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. It's also possible to walk into the city center (ca 35 min) and the way takes you right through China Town of Paris. There is also a small supermarket next to the hotel which is open until 2am. The outside environment is quiet and the hotel itself was also very quiet so we could sleep peacefully. There is a machine for drinks and snacks in the lobby. An automatic coffee machine and another machine for all kinds of accessories that tourists need.all in the lobby.

The room was very clean, and has got all the comforts, good shower, and a tiny kitchen which comes in very handy to make your own coffee in the morning and cook some small bites. The room was quiet and we slept very well for the whole stay.
