Perfect location, 5 minutes walk till the Claude Monet gardens, but in the same time very beautiful and calm place, as located is small parallel street. Classic fresh breakfast, we really enjoyed. And really so nice hosts!

Le Petite Maison is a lovely place, located in a quiet street close to the center of Giverny, in easy walking distance to Monets Garden, several restaurants and a bakery. It’s a small house with a private garden. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. The beds are comfortable and you can ask for an additional duvet, if you don’t like to share the big one that’s on the bed. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a coffee maker with capsules, cooking essentials like salt, oil and vinegar and even an electric citrus press. What really makes this place special is that we felt right at home, when we walked into the house. It’s furnished and decorated with so much love and care. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and went over and above to make us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day.

Beautiful and very calm location, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with bread fresh from the bakery and really great coffee! The studio is so cosy and well equipped with a fridge and a small stove to cook on and the garden outside is lovely and offers great seating both in the sun and shade.

Imagine staying in a little piece of paradise a few minutes walk away from Monet’s garden. The hosts went above and beyond to make you feel part of the community with their helpful suggestions and pointers. So accommodating and welcoming! We felt like part of the family. Perfect location to visit the gardens and village as well as the surrounding area. Parking available if you have a car. The huge varied breakfast was fabulous and served with a smile. Fresh eggs each morning provided by “the girls” in the garden was a treat! The rooms are modern, beautiful and comfortable, I could have stayed longer! The thing I will miss most besides the beautiful surroundings is our private chorus of birds who greeted us each morning with soulful, beautiful songs

Breakfast was fantastic, plentiful, fresh fruit salad, croissants, bread, local yoghurts, great home-made jams, etc. Delightful host who went out of her way to help make our stay perfect and even bought our advance Monet tickets to save the queue!

This was a WONDERFUL experience. The host was extremely charming and took very good care of us. My only regret was not staying an extra night in Giverny to enjoy these wonderful accomodations. Plan on returning to spend more time!

We loved the location, the view (owner's spectacular garden), the kindness and helpfulness of the owner (Mr. Buissonnets was delightful, as was his dog Maggie, and he even drove us to the train station and the restaurant.--he went much further than simply being the landlord--he was terrific!
