Great place in a great location in the old district of Girona. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our early breakfast request as we had to travel early in the morning. There’s no parking nearby but we parked next to the wall for free as recommended by the staff.

We liked everything and every member of the staff. You couldn't ask for a better service. The couple owning the place are generous and forthcoming. Nahomy, who manages the receptiin desk and many other tasks, is the most gentle, efficient and good-willing person we've ever met. And last but not least is Nahomy's sister, who is a steady helping hand at the weekends. The room was spacious and all the facilities were inside and functioned well. There is an elevator inside the building. Anyone who likes old buildings and old-fashioned style, will fall in love with this place.

I loved the ambience and the staff. The hostel felt like I was staying in an old house with lots of character. The sunroom was gorgeous, and the common rooms were lovely too. The staff was warm and friendly, although breakfast was a bit tardy – which stressed out one of my hostel mates, who needed to get somewhere. The place was very conveniently located in the center of town.

Great value for money. Breakfast buffet had excellent variety and choice. Friendly staff spoke English. Great for 1 night. Free car park at bottom of the road about 100 metres away.
