We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly and responsive, there were a variety of snacks (their pastel de nata was good!!!)+juice+coffee+water at the living room 24/7, we had a clean and cozy room. We got a standard double room located at the 1st floor which had a small balcony overlooking a small plaza & you get a glimpse of the castle. There were elevators and tram stops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel has such a good location for exploring Lisbon. The shades of blue decor is pretty and restful - and the bathrooms are so pleasing. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is proactive with emails and sorting out details before you arrive. I fully appreciate that I requested twin beds, and this is what the hotel provided (many hotels don't get this right). There is a car park very close to this hotel, and the hotel does offer a valet service which is very helpful.

The location of the property is amazing, so close to everything. Many major attractions , tram lines, metro station and bus stops are all near by. Also loved the zero waste policy for breakfast at this property. Everything that is promised is provided. Tram line 28 runs just below the apartment.
