First of all, even before coming to the Heraklion, we had wonderful communication with the amazing staff of Stay365. They booked a taxi for as when we landed. The driver was expecting us at the airport. When we arrived to the hotel we were amazed by the size of our room, bed were so cozy, and the bathroom was exceptional and very clean. During the all stay, great guys working in Stay365 gave us all the important information and beyond that. They booked us a rent car at very decent price, booked us places in the best places of Heraklion. Plus the cleaning ladies even wash your dishes! Great stay, we had a such a wonderful time, my best recommendations for this amazing hotel!

The room had everything I like to find in a hotel room: a small kettle, some tea and coffee samples. The bathroom is nice and clean, bed is very comfortable. View on the sea... There was a nice rooftop at our floor. The room exceeded my expectations.

The stay was absolutely amazing with Pleiades Urban Stay. The room as exceptional: clean, stylish with everything you could need or want. The staff was very helpful and nice, always asking how they could make our stay more comfortable. The location is prime as well! I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Brand new apartment with attention to the smallest details, very central and with all the comforts!!! Nikolas, the owner, is a friendly person and attentive to all needs!!! Knowing that we had a little girl, upon our arrival she let us find all the basic necessities and more: high chair, cot, sponges for children, dishwashing detergent and saucers for children and even gifts for our little one!! ! Furthermore, he also thought of us adults by finding us excellent fresh fruit and a fridge full of drinks !!! His advice on beaches, places to visit and restaurants were really valuable !!! We will definitely come back to him on our next trip to Heraklion!!!

Everything in this hotel is so dreamy that I don't know where to start: the staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel like home. The bar tender on the first floor, Sofia welcomed us with a fresh drink and lovely smile. One of the staff, Giannos, even helped us to find restaurants, historical sites and Greek food. The spa experience with Vicky and her lovely colleagues was also amazing, we enjoyed the steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the massage. Oh my goodness the massage was the highlight of the trip. The breakfast is gorgeous too. The chef, Gannis is there to personalize your omelette and pancakes. He offers such great and beautiful food for breakfast that I was not even sure if this is decoration or I'm allowed to eat it. The rooms are huge, beautiful and perfectly clean and extremely equipped in a way that you'd feel you stepped into a white castle. And last but not the least, the girls in the reception, I just remember one of the names(Christina) they speak every language, they help you with nice smile. They truly made this trip memorable for us.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. Great location 3 min walk from the city center, everything is near by. Big and comfortable bed and nice baby cot. it’s perfect for staying with toddler or baby. The host was amazing and helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended!
