The apartment is about 20mins walking distance to Queenstown Central via the botanical gardens. The apartment had all the house necessities with amazing views of the lake from the bedrooms. Internet was high speed which was helpful.

VIEWS! It was exceptional! Anywhere you stand, from the kitchen to the living room, you can see magnificent views of the mountains along with the river. Not only that but the location was superb, made travelling so much easier for us from the airport to the city. We loved everything, especially the cozy fireplace, the jacuzzi was a bonus!

The view outside is amazing! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains just at the edge of our hotel! Roomy, comfy and clean room with microwave and cuttleries. Self check in is easy with pin code provided There's a nice lake view restaurant at the edge of the pier and a nice coffee shop at the pier

The apartment is very spacious and with a gorgeous view of Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak and Queenstown Gardens. It seems newly redecorated with nice carpets, clean painted walls and nice French windows. The heater works well and rooms are quiet. Furnitures are old dated but clean and cozy. Kitchen with full set of equipments is convenient and the guest laundry is in the garage, it costs NZ$4 for washing and another NZ$4 for drying. They offer hang-dry rack, too. Location’s good; supermarket, restaurants and shops are all in 5 to 10-minute walking distance. We stayed there for 6 nights, it’s joyful and truly relaxed. Definitely recommend it. They’re bloody full-booking, just do it as soon as possible.

We enjoyed staying in this property tremendously! The location is perfect: away from noisy, crowded town center, but close enough to get their (five min by car). And the view is unbeatable! Everything is exceptionally clean, convenient, comfortable and cozy. Laundry room is a big plus. The owner is easy to contact. An excellent place to stay in Queenstown.
