Beautiful flat Very clean Great location. The beach directly across the road. Fantastic bus link to town. Lovely area, with lots of little shops and cafes. Nice restaurant at beach. Flat was absolutely fantastic for couples or families. 100 % recommend Communication with owner was really good. Flat had lots of handy extras. For example a folder with all the information you might need. From taxi numbers to local hospitals. Definitely would stay here again.

I highly recommend this place! It's in excellent condition and has easy access to buses that can take you to Edinburgh. The cleanliness is impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

Everything was lovely. The hosts are so friendly and they made for us a rich and delicious traditional breakfast to kick off our day! They also gave us advice for visits and tours in the centre and in the room we found guides and leaflets for all kind of activities in Edinburgh. The neighborhood is very beautiful, close to the port and with good connection to the city centre! We already miss the place and we will definitely come back.

The host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, being at the property when we arrived to show us around. The property was xlean and well laid out. Very suitable for our stay whilst attending a concert in Edinburgh Town centre.
