Spacious, clean, and wellequipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Claudio and Paulo provided phenomenal attention to detail, and we extended our stay to experience another one of their properties, which was also great.

Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

Featuring a rooftop pool and views of city, Casa da Galeria - Azores Art of Hosting is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. The aparthotel offers a spa experience, with its hammam, spa facilities and fitness room. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The welcoming at Casa da Galeria is comforting , the staff highly professional. We had an early check in that we really appreciated. The property is new , clean and very well maintained. The design is kind of minimalist and so nice.

Gorgeous setting, all the sliding doors from the bedroom, sitting room and balcony open for beautiful views. Note the setting could be noisy with foot traffic - we didn’t mind, but people come to swim and fish outside your balcony.

The location was perfect to enjoy both the city but also have a car space (there are 7 spots, one for each unit in the complex) so that you can enjoy the rest of the island too. We stayed in Apartment 3 which was listed as "superior apartment" and it had a full bedroom, huge bathroom, sofa bed and kitchen. The room smelled nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, the house seemed very insulated from any outside noise (although the neighborhood was very quiet), and the outdoor areas were exceptional. Very comfortable and would stay again.
